Excellent quality and very comfortable. I prefer this style of weight vest with quality removable 1kg metal blocks, which allows for better progressive overload with your calisthenics training. The belt has Velcro fastening to the inside of the pockets at the rear and outside of the pockets at the front with a clip and adjustable slides on either side which make it very easy to don and doff and adjust. It stays in place well whilst training and running. Great item and arrived in good time. Very happy 🤙🏼
My husband has been using the jacket for less than 6 months and it's already falling apart. One of the pockets for the weighted brick broke and damaged our doorway. Also their delivery person dropped the jacket at the bottom of our apartment building without being bother of actually delivering it to me. The package was 30 kg. Can't recommend. It's a very bad quality.
