The quality of this product is amazing and the customer service was fantastic.

This works great for doing deadlifts with a neutral grip, as someone who’s had lower back issues I find it far more comfortable than traditional barbell deadlifts. The shape balances the weight forward which makes it feel more like a deadlift than other hex like bars. However, in regards to using it as a trap bar for exercises such as shrugs/farmers walks etc it just doesn’t work, at least for me, as heavy loads never feel centred when standing upright and you’re constantly fighting to keep the bar from tipping backwards or forwards depending on your orientation.

A great and solid product that is versatile as opposed to using a regular trap bar. My only criticism is not all lock jaw collars will fit and that you’ll have to use the pair of spring collars it comes with to hold the Olympic plates.
