  • Lighter weight for better portability including larger rear transport wheels, allowing you to quickly swap the bench in and out during every session.
  • Updated weight plate holder to include both Olympic and Standard Weight Plates and new and improved chrome sleeve.
  • Lowered bench height from 55cms to 45cm for more convenient use of Leg and Arm Developer.

Good quality all in one bench

Good for leg extensions and leg curls in addition to the normal dumbbell exercises. Seems good quality that will last

Sturdy bench, good attachments, not too heavy

This bench feels solid when I use it but still light enough to wheel around very easily. The attachments fit well with no noticeable movement. Looks nice! I only wrapped the feet in foam because I kept kicking my toes on them.

Great bench and leg developer

Bench arrived pretty quickly, and was quite easy to put together. The material feels super soft, and I like how you can sit with your feet close together due to the width of the seat pad. The leg developer works well, and the arm developer pad is really wide and soft, which makes for very comfortable preacher curls. I also like how the bench can do a full decline and you can lock your legs in for decline sit-ups. The wheels are also super smooth so moving it around the gym is effortless. Great addition to our gym.

Perfect for home gym

Purchased as I was unhappy with my revolution fitness FID bench. Unlike my previous bench, back rest is flat and sturdy with no movement, adjustment pins on seat and attachments work well and is reasonably lightweight and easy to move around.
Can’t find anything to fault on it really, perfect home FID bench with attachments
