The Force USA 15kg Shorty Bar is designed exclusively for the home, garage or studio set-up where space is a premium. With a compact length (6ft/183cm), smooth, reliable spin and comfortable knurled grip, this will be your go-to barbell for Shoulder Press, Bench Press, Squats and Curls. Each 22cm nickel-plated sleeve holds up to four 20kg plates, making it ideal for heavy training sessions. Made of high-strength, stress-resistant alloy steel, this delivers all of the professional performance and durability of a regular-sized Olympic bar.

The Force shorty barbell fits perfectly in my home garage gym and is a good weight. All other shorter bars I found were all very light which would mean always adding several extra plates to it.
