The Force USA® MyRack Mono-Lift attachment is the first of its kind in Australia and gives you the key functionality of a full monolift rack at a fraction of the size and cost. The Mono-Lift helps you achieve your heaviest power lifts by removing the need for the lifter to walk away from the rack with weight on their shoulders. As the lifter un-racks the loaded bar, the Mono-Lift's hooks automatically fall out of the way.

UNRACK WITHOUT TAKING A SINGLE STEP

As the lifter un-racks the loaded bar, the Monolift’s hooks automatically move out of the way. Start each lift from a balanced, stable, and controlled position. This minimises energy waste and any unnecessary risk to your joints by removing the asymmetrical dynamic loading that takes place when you are required to take steps under load. For ultimate safety, combine with a set of spotters or dual safeties when lifting heavy.

The Force USA® MyRack Monolift attachment is strong enough to handle a massive amount of 1200kg of weight. The MyRack Monolift attachment is designed to be safe for solo use; however, it’s always recommended to have spotters available for heavier lifts.

Needs review.

Product was missing 1 x washer.
Had too source this separately…
When retracting it doesn’t have a plastic stopper so the mono arms bang on the attachment.
Attachment arms are also not as snug against rack. I will need to glue plastic to make it make it more snug
I am sceptical on how these will go with 1rm testing.
Slightly disappointed…

Feels solid does the job intended

The collars don't have as much range as others on the market, but does the job sufficiently. I had to stick put two rubber pads where the arms contact the frame upon release of the bar to dampen the load bangs. My only issue was that the instructions call for 4 washers, but we were only provided 2 washers. The parts bag stated that there were only 2 washers so there is a disconnect between the installation instructions and the items provided. We had plenty of washers lying around so it wasn't an issue for us

Solid Product

Have been using them for 8 months now. Very happy I bought these, they are fantastic. Yes, they are bulky and noisy when the hooks fall out of the way but functionality and safety easily makes up for this. This is such a great device to protect joints as no steps under load are required.
