Bit of a mix up in delivery but Gym and Fitness were onto it and shipped the missing item out within 4 days ( normally post takes 7-10 days as i live remotely.

The j hooks are good, seem well vuilt and have held up to 220kg for a good frw workouts so purchased as second set.

Tough product

Good quality, works well

Items is good quality , solid and works well. But the plastic used is a bit soft and was dented by the sharp edge of iron Edge Safety squat bar. uhmw would ahve been better
