Not for lifting heavy weights but still a very strong machine

The functions on the gym are great and will more than satisfy the average person seeking both general fitness and strength. As I've been to doing gym for many years I find that the allocated weight stack is too light for me and when I add 4x20kg weights for me to do bench press, it stresses the machine too much. Still, it's a good machine with plenty of functions.
