My daughter Zara and myself are using the calf curl to overcome some knee soreness by toning up leg muscles for better control, son, Max working the quads with extension format.

Very happy with my all the products I purchased. Entire family is getting great use out of our home gym.

Instructions can be easier if it was made as a better read. Bulky item once put together but does the job really well :raised_hands:!!!

First off it’s an excellent piece of equipment and I’m grateful to Force USA for continuing to develop add-ons for my G9 even though that all-in-one unit is out of production.
However, I was also very fortunate. In the review video that I saw on YouTube, the guy from Force USA uses this unit on the outside of the G9 frame. Due to space restrictions I was forced to use this on the inside of the frame.
Luckily I have a Titan vertical bench that just barely fits inside the frame in a way that allows me to use the Leg Extension attachment.

I only gave it 4 stars because I think the overall design could use a little refinement. But it works and serves the purpose. The instructions are not what I would call user friendly. I'm very handy so for me it was ok but I think most people would have some issues with them. They are not any instructions on how to attach it and it's a bit cumbersome to line up and attach the first few times. But overall once you have it figured out it preforms well.
