The multiple adjustment points available on the Force USA® MyRack, allows you to place the pins at various heights. simple to install and easy to adjust

Like another reviewer, I had the Option 2 safety but after purchasing the lat pulldown attachment I grabbed a set of these as well. Much quicker/easier to adjust than the Option 2 safety.

Simple and Quick to Use

I was not planning to purchase these. After I purchased the MyRack Knee Holder for Lat Pulldown, I realised they did not fit the safety option I already had (MyRack Option 2 Box Tube Safety). So, I purchased these. I don't regret the purchase now because these Pin safeties are quick and easy to use.
