Love This

This is a great multi-purpose bar. It has so many options for hand grips, and we also use it for our Primal 7 set and various bands. It does everything we were hoping it would do, and we're having fun figuring out new things we can use it for. So glad we chose this bar!

Disappointing

I bought this back during the covid days when I couldn't get the one I really wanted for my MyRack as it was out of stock. It's been a disappointing compromise. It seems to be built for people with absolutely massive hands as I can't get enough grip on the thicker bars (there's no knurling either). The only part I use regularly is the horizontal wide grip which is padded. There's a narrower horizontal part to grab but it bizarrely has holes in it which will hurt your fingers after only one set, so I ended up putting duck tape around for extra grip and to cover the holes.

Overall, it's pretty annoying to use and I'd recommend getting one of the other pull-up bar options.

Chin up bar

Chin up bar looks great, but that's about it. There's no knurling on it what's so ever so to get any sort of grip is impossible, the wide griped ones that have abit of rubber on there are way to wide to use. Overall I would not recommend this at all
