If you’re looking to make more strength gains and dominate every workout, then add the Force USA G20™ All-In-One Trainer Upgrade Kit to your set-up. It includes:

  • 2 x Jammer Arms that can be attached to the uprights for Bench Press, Shoulder Press and explosive work - finished with a high grade black powder coating.
  • Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment is made with durable high-density sweat-resistant foam to help you isolate the Quads, Glutes and Hips.
  • Convenient Dip Bars for the front of your unit will help to build strength in your Chest, Shoulders and Triceps - finished with a high grade black powder coating.

SPECIFICATIONS

*Please note: With the G20 Base (F-G20), the jammer arms are attachable to the uprights at a maximum height of 130cm. This is because the original model lacks westside hole spacing throughout the entire height of the upright.     Great extras to complete the home Gym

    I've got the G1 and these extra machines really complete the set up. Seems like good quality components. Fair price for essentially 5 different machines in a bunch of compact attachments. Highly recommend

    Some good

    The positive first the leg extension attachment is great, standing raises for my hamstrings and lower back has helped me a lot with pain and weakness. The ok the jammers arms are not perfect for me on my G12. I'm 6.2 and using them for chest movements is awkward, I need to be able to raise them 1 or 2 steps higher using them for row's and shoulders they're a nice strict movement addition.

    G20 pro upgrade kit

    Leg tool and J arms are a must. The dip bars are a waste if you get the Lat Station. Still giving 5 stars because it's a good value.

    Great upgrades for the G3!

    This upgrade kit was well thought out and is a great addition to our G3 trainer. The dip bars when not in use can fit on the unit in the back out of the way. The other pieces are a bit large and need to be hung up or placed out of the way when not in use. All pieces are sturdy, easy to put together, and will be a great addition to our workouts!
